We ensure that you will have a delightful experience while shopping with us, but if incase you have received your order and not happy with it we have easy return policy for you.

Please go through our return policy:

1)    In case the products is received in a damaged condition:

 In case during delivery, the package appears damaged or tampered with,

First verify the contents against your order. Once verified, accept the package, but write ‘damaged’ on the proof of ‘delivery certificate’. This will help us to take this up with our courier agency.

 What to do in such a situation:

Inform us by email within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product/s. Try to be clear and precise in your description and if possible, attach a picture of the damaged portion with the email.

After receiving confirmation from us, return the products through a registered courier agency.

In such situation you can select another product of same price from our web store as a replacement, or we will give you a discount coupon code of the same price of the damaged product/s which you can use to purchase the new product/s in future.

2)    In case the wrong item (That you have not ordered) is received.

 Although there is a remote possibility for such situation to happen, but In case you have received wrong item that you have not ordered, we are always there to assist you.

What to do in such situation:

Dear customer in such situation Inform us by email within 24 hours of receiving the product that you have not ordered. Try to be clear and precise in your description and if possible, attach a picture of the product/s received in the email.

After receiving confirmation from us, return the products through a registered courier agency.

In such situation after receiving the product/s we will dispatch you ordered product/s, in case mydeamsfashion.com is unable to deliver your ordered product/s the customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product/s of same price. However, in case the customer does not wish to select any alternate product/s mydreamsfashion.com agrees to refund amount as against such non-deliverable products. Refund procedure usually takes 5 – 7 working days to get processed.

3)    In case nothing wrong with the product/s but not so much excited upon seeing it.

In such situation you have to inform us by email within 24 hrs of receiving the product/s.

After receiving confirmation from us, return the product/s through a registered courier agency.

In such situation you have right to exchange the product/s of same price from our catalogue or

We will give you a discount coupon code of the price of the returned product/s which you can then use towards your next purchase.

      PLEASE REMEMBER:

  1. In case of any communication relating to return of ordered products please mail us at (mail id) within 12-24 hours.
  2.  Notwithstanding the above, mydreamsfashion.com shall have the sole discretion to assess each case on its own, separately.
  3. Never return to us any product/s without confirmation, else mydreamsfashion.com will be under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchange or give purchase coupon.
  4. All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  5. Customers are eligible for Refund only if mydreamsfashion.com receives the product/s in an intact position (without any wear and tear) and passed by our Quality Department.
  6. Refund procedure usually takes 5 – 7 working days to get processed.  
  7. Mydreamsfashion.com will not be responsible for the money which the customers have paid for shipping, to send the parcel back.

 HOW TO PACK YOUR RETURN PACKAGE:

STEP 1.

  • Prepare your returns box - Safely pack the products you want to return in a box/envelope. You can either use the mydreamsfashion box/envelope or use a box/envelope of your own. Please use an additional layer of outer envelope or box to pack, when you return these products.

STEP 2

  • Along with your product put the original price tag, and original invoice received from mydreamsfashion.com into the returns box.

STEP 3

  • Finally on the box, Please past your return level. This return level includes your order number and the return delivery address.
